Jobs Connect is a City of Cape Town and Leelyn Management initiative aimed at plugging the gaps in Cape Town’s unemployment

Jobs Connect is the City of Cape Town’s flagship Workforce Development project, managed by Leelyn Management, to plug the gaps of unemployment in Cape Town by connecting job seekers with employment or training opportunities.

With the previous iteration of our Jobs Connect initiative, over a three-year period, we assisted in the recruitment of 30 000 unemployed residents, trained 6 000 job seekers in basic work readiness, and placed 4 050 Capetonians in work and learning opportunities.
