Our future workforce is fit and fired up

Thanks to a generation of problem-solving, tech-savvy and passionate young adults the future has never looked brighter. In the Cape Town region, more than a third of the growing population are under thirty-five and already setting the pace for a dynamic workforce, upskilling themselves to be the best in their field.

According to the latest international graduate employability rankings, graduates from the University of Cape Town (UCT) are among the most employable in the world. The university has also won a spot among the top 100 universities worldwide in the 2020 Quacquarelli-Symonds (QS) Graduate Employability Rankings.

Our youth are equipping and preparing themselves for the future of work and the future of Africa specifically focussing on specialised fields like coding, AI, analytics, cloud architecture and software development.
