CITI X WOMAN IN BUSINESS 2019

In partnership with the City of Cape Town, CiTi has run 7 cohorts of this programme to date at both the Woodstock and Khayelitsha Bandwidth Barns, training over 200 female entrepreneurs over 4 years.

AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

This programme is designed to empower women with the knowledge, tools and strategic mindset to effectively integrate technology into their business, equipping their business for success in the digital economy. We start from the basics of why and where you need a digital tool to improve your business, and they will complete the 10 weeks with the confidence and a strategy to incorporate technology into their business.

Topics such as Financial Management Systems, Cloud Computing, and Social Media Marketing are covered – giving the women a holistic framework to create their digital strategies. Through participation in the programme, the women will also connect with networking and coaching opportunities through the vibrant CiTi ecosystem and become members of CiTi’s alumni for ongoing access to relevant content, events and further support.
